The R8 4.2 FSI quattro Spyder announced today is the latest exciting new addition to the R8 range. It is powered by a 430PS 4.2-litre V8 engine. This model completes the R8 set, joining the successful V10 Spyder, launched in May this year.
The 4.2 FSI engine has been upgraded for model year 11 (MY11). It now produces 430 PS (up 10 PS on the MY10 model) and will be fitted in both Coupe and Spyder versions of the R8 4.2 FSI quattro.
We expect UK prices and specification for the V8 Spyder to be announced next week.
